The first phase of the Dingtai Feng Community Project in Jimo has a total construction area of 120,000 square meters. It uses the special heating units from Zhongyu Company for the first 200 households (approximately 20,000 square meters), and 11 air-source low-temperature heating units ZKFRS-160II have been installed. The heating began in mid-December 2014, with the heating water temperature reaching 40°C, and the temperature difference between the supply and return water was controlled at around 10°C. The lowest environmental temperature reached -2°C, and the indoor temperature of the residents could reach above 20°C. Under this condition, the energy efficiency ratio of the units is approximately 3.0. After being verified by the investment operator of the heat source station and compared with several brands, the energy-saving effect, operating costs, unit quality, and system reliability have all received positive recognition.
