Job Responsibilities:
Assist the General Manager in formulating a comprehensive sales strategy.
Develop and implement full-scale sales plans to achieve sales targets and payment collection goals.
Manage, recruit, develop, and mentor the marketing center team.
Establish and maintain strong cooperative relationships with clients and industry peers.
Effectively manage nationwide distributors.
Monitor market trends, stay informed about market conditions, and provide unique insights.
Conduct customer analysis, build and maintain client relationships, and identify user needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Marketing, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing management.
