Position Responsibilities:
Follow up on the formulation and implementation of annual marketing plans, business targets, and corresponding marketing strategies.
Collect and analyze sales data to assist in optimizing various policies and marketing strategies; monitor the progress of national sales targets and contract execution.
Standardize and supervise the performance evaluation and incentives for the sales team.
Communicate cross-departmentally to ensure effective interaction with technical, production, quality, and other departments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher; with over 3 years of experience in sales management.
Possess team leadership and mentoring experience; capable of independent thinking.
Strong communication and coordination skills, planning and execution abilities, judgment and decision-making skills, and a good sense of professional ethics.
