◆ Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate with relevant departments to analyze quality issues, and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of improvement measures;

Handle supplier quality issues and related claims;

Analyze and address quality problems occurring in the production process;

Promote quality improvement initiatives;

Other quality management tasks.

◆ Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Refrigeration, HVAC, or related fields;

At least 2 years of experience in quality management, with preference given to those with experience in the refrigeration industry;

Familiar with quality management systems and capable of using quality tools to analyze, address, and improve quality issues.
