Job Responsibilities:

1. Construction and management of rules and regulations: Develop various rules and regulations for production management, and supervise, inspect and guide the implementation of these regulations. 

2. Formulate production plans: Organize the preparation of the company's annual, quarterly and monthly production plans; 

3. Preparation, implementation, monitoring and scheduling of production plans, coordination of various tasks during the production process, and ensuring the smooth progress of production work; 

4. Statistical Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of all production data to provide a basis for decision-making. 

5. Manage the company's production equipment 

6. Production Safety Management: Responsible for the overall safety and fire prevention work of the entire factory; 

Job Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree or above; at least 5 years of relevant working experience, with strong communication and coordination skills.

◆ Remuneration: 

1. All five social insurances and one housing fund are provided; free accommodation is offered and the working meals cost 4 yuan per meal; a 8-hour working day system and a weekend rest system are implemented. 

2. Enjoy national statutory holidays and welfare-based vacations. At the end of each year, an appropriate year-end bonus will be given based on the company's performance. 

Note: Basic salary ranges from 6,000 to 8,000 yuan, with additional performance-based incentives.
