◆ Job Responsibilities:

Review and record material procurement documents; verify inbound and outbound as well as warehouse entry/exit slips, and perform material valuation;

Calculate the actual procurement cost of materials and analyze material cost variances;

Conduct regular monthly reconciliations with relevant units, departments, and personnel for detailed product ledgers, purchase payable ledgers, and warehouse physical inventory records;

Handle accounting entries for material purchases and accounts payable, reconcile accounts payable with procurement staff monthly, and perform regular account clearing;

Summarize product cost calculation sheets from various workshops, compute unit costs and cumulative average unit costs for each product, and carry forward product costs;

◆ Requirements: College diploma or above in Financial Accounting or related fields; valid Accounting Practicing Certificate required; minimum 2 years of cost accounting experience in industrial or manufacturing settings.
