For cool storage facilities that adopt water ring air conditioning systems, it can precisely control the indoor temperature and humidity, ensuring the quality of storing medicines and other items. The advanced intelligent control system can achieve precise control of temperature and humidity, and at the same time has powerful guarantee functions. Powerful functions, just for better! 

(1) Data collection: According to the specified requirements, a certain number of temperature and humidity integrated controllers are arranged in different areas. The temperature and humidity are collected once every second and transmitted through double-wire shielded cables to the intelligent monitoring system. 

(2) Temperature Control: The intelligent monitoring system continuously collects the actual temperature of the warehouse floors. If the temperature exceeds 17℃ (adjustable), it will issue an operation start command. The air conditioners will then be activated one by one to perform cooling. When the temperature in the warehouse drops to 13℃ (adjustable), the intelligent monitoring system will issue a shutdown command, and the air conditioners will be deactivated one by one. This process repeats continuously. 

(3) Humidity Control: The intelligent monitoring system continuously collects the actual humidity levels in the warehouse floors. If the humidity exceeds 70% (adjustable), it will issue an operation start command. The air conditioners will be activated one by one to dehumidify. When the humidity in the warehouse drops to 60% (adjustable), the intelligent monitoring system will issue a shutdown command, and the air conditioners will be deactivated one by one. This process repeats continuously. 

(4) Independent of each other: Although the terminal devices are geographically dispersed, their data is centralized. Since the system adopts a bus architecture, faulty devices will not affect the normal devices. 

(5) Openness: The system adopts a standard and open ModBus communication protocol. Currently, there are over 400 manufacturers supporting Modbus, and more than 600 products are compatible with Modbus. 

(6) Water and Electricity Interlock: Before the air conditioner is activated, a request signal for starting the cooling system is sent to the system. At the same time, the start signal for the cooling water path from the cooling system is received. Only when the signals are normal can the air conditioner and the water system be activated. The water and electricity interlock makes the system more reliable and safe. 

(7) Energy consumption management: One-by-one startup, precise temperature and humidity control methods; adapt to changes in ambient temperature and humidity to enable partial or complete operation of the equipment, in order to achieve the optimal economic operation state. 

(8) Expandability: The data (such as humidity and temperature) collected by the intelligent monitoring system can be shared with third parties, for instance, with the superior drug regulatory department. At the same time, it enables ultra-long-distance remote management, significantly reducing labor costs.
